Frequently Asked Questions
Who can use the MUVI co-working facility?
The facility is open to startups, freelancers, consultants, remote teams, and small businesses, subject to MUVI's code of conduct.
What are your workspace operating hours?
We are open 24x7x365. Members can use it any day, for as long as they want.
Are meeting rooms included in membership?
Some hours are included depending on the number of seats. Beyond that is chargeable. Refer to the Pricing section above.
Are printing and xerox services included?
Yes. Xerox and printing services are available and billed separately based on usage.
Is parking free for all members?
2-wheeler parking is free (included). Shaded 4-wheeler parking is available and chargeable.
Is high-speed internet included in all plans?
Yes. High-speed internet and power backup are included as part of workspace infrastructure.
What are the contract and deposit requirements?
Monthly and Daily plans require no agreement. Yearly plans require a minimum 1-year agreement and a security deposit equivalent to 2 months' rent.
How are billing and payments handled?
Rent is billed monthly in advance. Late payments may attract penalties or access suspension as per policy.
What happens when I want to exit?
Either party may terminate with prior written notice as per contract. Security deposit is refunded after adjusting dues/damages.
Are there data and policy considerations?
Members must protect their own sensitive data. MUVI may update policies from time to time with prior communication.
